Associate Executive, Allied Health
You will provide administrative support to the Allied Health division. These include coordinating meetings and departmental events, managing the calendar, preparing meeting minutes and coordinating orientation for new staff. You will maintain and update departmental documents, manage filing systems and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the division.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level with 2 years' relevant experience
- Good team player with strong organisational and communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
