Snr/ Process Engineer (Implant)
Job Description:
- Subject matter expert for Medium Current (E500) and High current implant (HCGSD)
- Meet equipment related KPI (tool uptime, downtime)
- Work on improvement projects to assure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime.
- Set-up SPC and FDC for equipment critical parameters monitoring and control.
- Incorporate efficient methods of maintaining new equipment or plant and may be involved in the installation and commissioning process.
- Setup and review PM checklist efficiency
- Create OCAP and train Technician for OCAP execution and skill built up
- Work with process engineer / TD/RD to develop new recipes and processes to fulfill project requirements/better yield / cycle time
- Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division..
- Representing module in all the cross module technical discussion.
- Close follow up on necessary documentation work (8D, FMEA, Risk assessment)
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working and hands on experience in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance (Able to carry out Periodic Maintenance and familiar with safety measures)
- Able to create implant recipe and correlate it to tool/hardware parameters
- Strong knowledge and experience in parts repair.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skill.
