The Opportunity

  • Our Client is an established US MNC company
  • Position: Sales Coordinator
  • $3000 - $3500 (based on experience)
  • Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:45pm
  • International Business Park, Singapore
  • 6-months Maternity Cover

The Talent

  • Min 2 years admin experience, sales management or any related field
  • Minimum A level / Diploma in any field
  • Basic of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Dynamics Navision
  • Able to start with short notice

The Job

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Handle customer orders, invoices and shipment to ensure delivery on time.
  • Handle phone calls
  • Coordinate with the shipping team for import/export shipment.
  • Prepare sales quotation
  • Manage daily inquiries - Email, fax, or telephone
  • Work closely with sales team for managing schedules, filing important documents
  • Handle and respond to complaints from customer
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
