The Opportunity
- Our Client is an established US MNC company
- Position: Sales Coordinator
- $3000 - $3500 (based on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:45pm
- International Business Park, Singapore
- 6-months Maternity Cover
The Talent
- Min 2 years admin experience, sales management or any related field
- Minimum A level / Diploma in any field
- Basic of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Dynamics Navision
- Able to start with short notice
The Job
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Handle customer orders, invoices and shipment to ensure delivery on time.
- Handle phone calls
- Coordinate with the shipping team for import/export shipment.
- Prepare sales quotation
- Manage daily inquiries - Email, fax, or telephone
- Work closely with sales team for managing schedules, filing important documents
- Handle and respond to complaints from customer
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
