We are seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant cum Sales Admin to support our team. If you are strong in administrative tasks, streamline operations, and act as the first point of contact, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities., this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, and handle confidential documents.
- Schedule Management: Plan, organize, maintain and remind the Director’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and events.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book accommodations, and provide logistical support.
- Meeting Assistance: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Personal Tasks: Run errands, manage personal requests, and assist with day-to-day activities as needed.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Task Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Sales Admin: Provide administrative support on pre and post sales matters for the Director.
- Other ad-hoc duties whenever required.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Communication Skills: Great written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Trusted to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Adaptability: Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and work flexible hours as needed.
- Good to have - Experience: At least 1 year experience in a similar role as a Personal or Executive Assistant or Sales Executive
