Investment Fund Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Fund Executive to join our team at HSBC in the North-East Region. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our investment fund portfolio, ensuring our clients receive exceptional financial planning services.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively manage and monitor a diverse portfolio of investment funds, making strategic decisions to optimise returns and minimise risk
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities that align with our clients' financial goals
  • Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for clients, explaining fund performance and recommended actions
  • Collaborate with the wider financial planning team to provide holistic advice and tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to ensure our investment strategies remain competitive
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new investment products and services

What we're looking for

  • With or Without experience in investment management
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
