Make an Impact by
- Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with merchants that align with our business goals and enhance our value proposition. - Collaborate with existing strategic partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-selling opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements and ensure alignment with our loyalty goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchant partners to ensure mutual success and maximize program performance.
- Oversee the rollout of partnership programs, ensuring they are effectively integrated with partner offerings and deliver a positive experience for both merchants and customers.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales to integrate partner offerings and promotions effectively.
- Track and analyse the performance of merchant partnerships, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and market trends to inform loyalty program enhancements and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in loyalty program management, partnership development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing merchant partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
