Job description:
☐ Oversee and monitor daily work activities including corrective works and rectification action from start of work till completion of work including end user customer satisfaction and meeting
☐ Oversee and monitor of Service Contracts and supervising the contractors in their Preventive and Breakdown maintenance, including arranging with end-users for equipment/facilities shutdown to facilitate the maintenance works achieving minimum disruption to operation
☐ Assessment and perform evaluation of equipment for condemnation and performing Testing & Commissioning of new equipment/facilities including review of method of statement, risk assessment, work schedule and site preparation work
☐ Preparing specification for RFQ, conduct site showground, evaluation and implementation of minor improvement works
☐ Assist in verification of vendors/contractors billing, checklist, safe work procedures and recommendations for improvement works/service contract work and progress claims
☐ Compilation of Work Requests, project documents for audit, Preventive Maintenance records and updating of other related documentation for monthly report submission
☐ Responsible for the monitoring and documentation of all maintenance records, services contracts and authority licenses
☐ Able to handle Addition and Alteration jobs, End of life replament of equipments individually
☐Cover duties of engineers and technical staff.
