Customer Service Executive (1 Year Contract)
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Order processing (Direct Purchase ,Sample, Placement (ONCA), Replacement/Consignment Billing, Service Billing)
- 1st level of monitoring to ensure correct information are available before billing
- Contract /blanket PO tracker to ensure bill with correct contract. Monitoring contract balance/Qty
- Acknowledge PO from Ariba/ST Healthcare/Tender Boards
- AP direct- Upload consignment invoice after billing (Eg: SGH, NUH…)
- Quotations – collate and e-file quotations from Sales
- E-Filing - invoices, Pos
- Coordination with 3PL on deliveries
- Arrange with 3PL and customers for Return & Exchange of stock when required (eg. Product recall, expired items, wrong items..etc)
- Expired Consigned Stock collection coordination
- Perform Consignment missing transaction in system
- Fixed Asset Delivery Coordination – liaise with Sales, Finance & Com Ops
- Equipment/ floater delivery & collection
- Follow up with MLS on signed invoices upon request from customers/Sales
- Answering of Calls (Customers, Sales, 3PL)
Others
- Perform any other tasks and key projects assigned
- Continuous improvement: Process, System and People
- Identify gaps, spot problems, diagnosis of the issues, evaluating alternatives
- Ensures process executions are in compliance with BD’s Policy & other regulatory requirements e.g. GDPMDS
Our Requirements
- Diploma in Business / Logistics is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service / operations experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel application.
- Strong customer orientation, able to work independently and in a team.
- Sense of urgency, strong organization, follow-up and documentation skills.
- Self-initiated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
