Manager (Crisis Planning & Operations)
You will lead a team in ensuring the hospital’s readiness and response during disease outbreaks, business disruption, civil and nation emergencies. In this role, you will be required to plan and work on response measures along with hospital key stakeholders, provide strategic and operational directions in the development of Hospital’s contingency frameworks and emergency plans, and drive and implement projects as required.
Job requirements
- Degree with at least 8 years working experience in project development/management or operations related fields, of which at least 2 years must be in a managerial capacity.
- Prior working experience in hospital operations and/or emergency response management would be an advantage
- Good project management skills
- Quick thinking skills and ability to work under time pressure and stressful situation
- Good writing and communication skills
- Good IT knowledge e.g. MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel
