Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analysis around key requirements of the project and trade lifecycle workflows of various products such as Equities, Asset Management, Leveraged Products
  • Translating user requirements into detailed functional requirements and user stories
  • Conduct meetings and relevant discussions to engage stakeholders in the right perspective and take the task to closure.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internal (Business users, Operations and Support function stakeholders, vendors, development, and other tech teams
  • Identify risks & issues and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner – assist with proposing & planning mitigating steps.
  • Facilitates Business process improvement via the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of functional business specifications.
  • Use appropriate tools like JIRA, SharePoint, Visio etc to ensure that requirements are managed well with in-house and external development team in terms of clarity and implementation.
  • Co-ordinate UAT testing with business users by creating the test plan, assisting in issue analysis & resolution.
  • Support the transition of the project delivery to go-live and BAU application management team.

Requirements

  • Around 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Banking & financial services
  • Experience in at least one of the asset classes such as Equity, Futures & Options, FX, CFD or Wealth Management
  • Good knowledge of Trade Lifecycle, Front-to-Back trade flow, Order management system, Post trade processes
  • Ability and experience to take ownership of business requirements and manage them through to delivery.
  • Ability to accurately translate and document business needs into functional requirements.
  • Good exposure to Retail consumer base front end web and mobile platforms with key interest on UI/UX customer journey
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
