Make an Impact by
- Responsible for their assigned products and business planning for Singtel Cyber within Asia.
- Will be the internal expert for the market including market definition, sizing and segmentation, detailed knowledge of the competitive landscape, and intimate understanding of how customers evaluate and purchase from the assigned portfolio.
- To drive the product and services strategy and requirements for his/her solution domain(s) and will develop the business plan for regional penetration and success of the offerings.
- To work with engineering, sales, partners and customers to execute regional product strategy, go to market executional plan and will have P&L responsibility for their respective portfolio success.
- Product and Market Requirements
- Identify and document product and market requirements for cyber security offerings within the region
- Involved in user and market research to find market demand and points of product improvement.
- Champion an agile customer-centric approach to product and services definition and development
- Product Development
- Work with Delivery and Engineering to develop and maintain compelling product roadmaps that deliver on business requirements
- Work with Operation to develop E2E in both quote to sales process and backend systems
- Define, elaborate and communicate high quality feature requirements
- Collaborate with other stakeholders on a customer journey through digitalization
- Create product playbooks, sales materials and documentations related to assigned offering portfolio
- Participate in pertinent Agile ceremonies (release/sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, etc.) when required
- Business Planning & Development
- Create the product strategy and approach to meet business targets and objectives
- Identify key growth opportunities with the addressable market and base
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure successful Go to Market execution
- Lead and be an active participant in execution of go-to-market and launch activities for offerings
- Product P&L
- Operate the business as a P&L owner, maximizing revenue opportunity while managing cost and EBITA results.
- Work with cross functional teams for annual operation plan
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree / Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information System.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management/Product Marketing/Presales/Business Development experience in the Cybersecurity space, managing enterprise-class offerings in a regionally/globally environment
- Experience in Cloud/SaaS, Network Security, XDR, SASE, SOC Operation, Threat Intel, Brand Protection and Managed Security Services
- Understand telco and connectivity services
- Experience in Financial Management and Process Management
- Experience in using product management tools – Miro
- Excellent presentation and communications skills, to both internal and external stakeholders, both oral and written
- Highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize.
- Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third-parties.
- Must work well in a team, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
- Preferably with Cybersecurity Industry and community engagement experience.
