Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to PO, Inventory, and Item management.
  • Purchase Order Management: Implement and support Oracle PO modules, ensuring efficient procurement processes and compliance with company policies.
  • Inventory Control: Develop and maintain inventory management solutions to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.
  • Item Management: Manage item master data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all products.
  • Costing: Implement and support Oracle Costing modules, ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting.
  • Asset Management: Develop and maintain asset management solutions to optimize asset utilization, tracking, and lifecycle management.
  • Oracle Order Management (OM): Implement and support Oracle OM modules, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.
  • Planning: Develop and maintain planning solutions to optimize supply chain and inventory management.
  • OBIEE: Design and develop OBIEE reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Demantra: Implement and support Oracle Demantra for demand planning and forecasting.
  • System Integration: Work with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Oracle applications with existing systems.
  • User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle applications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance system performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PO, Inventory, and Item management modules; or Proficiency in Oracle Costing and Asset Management modules; or Proficiency in Oracle OM, Planning, OBIEE, and Demantra.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Oracle certifications in relevant modules.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific processes and best practices.
