Safety and Regulatory Affairs Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Provide overall assistance in safeguard the compliance of company product in term of country compliance,
religion compliance as well as customer policy compliance.
2. Provide technical support to perfumer, evaluator, and affiliates on product compliance queries.
3. Ensure every project is set up with appropriate and adequate product safety requirements.
4. Responsible for the checking of all new formulas/projects to ensure that they comply with the regulatory
requirement.
5. Take care of halal certification of product.
6. Take care of customer documents request including IFRA statement, product composition declaration, Halal
and animal product declaration documents etc.
7. Power user of GHS software in producing GHS compliance SDS for country where samples/products are sent
to.
8. Manage customer policy information and customer survey.
9. Keep abreast on regulation update and provide technical advice on how it affects our current products and
future creations.
10. Work with affiliates eg. TBR, TDM, TEPL, TIC, TEPL, STU and TAKUS in SRA project and topics.
11. Assist the SRA Manager on any job-related assignment as and when required.
12. Comply with all applicable procedures and legal and other regulation requirements.
13. Comply with Takasago Group’s Charter of Corporate Behaviour and Code of Conduct accordance to the
Employee Handbook.
Qualifications:
Degree in Chemical or equivalent in years of similar experiences
