Business Development
Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site Business Development Manager role located in Singapore. The Business Development Director will be responsible for managing and developing a sales team, creating strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and nurturing relationships with key clients.
The business Development Director will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with key clients with CRM tools such as HubSpot
• Experience in the technology industry or related field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous as the role requires communication with native speakers
