Assistant Programme Executive – Families for Life @ Community (FFLC)
About Families for Life @ Community (FFLC):
FFLC aims to cultivate a family-friendly ecosystem at the community level, supporting families in their marriage and parenting journey through evidence-based and evidence-informed programmes.
Responsibilities:
1. General Administration
- Assist in managing general phone and email enquiries
- Assist in maintaining proper office filing system
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports
2. Programme Planning, Implementation and Evaluation
- Assist in the planning, promotion, and implementation of programmes
- Assist in the facilitation of Family Life Education activities and programmes
- Assist with the preparation, consolidation of reports and programme evaluation
- Coordinate and collaborate with the team and other relevant community partners to ensure smooth operations of events
- Coordinate various logistics needed for the smooth operation of programmes (e.g., venue, collaterals, registration, refreshment)
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma/ NITEC
- This position is on One-year contract basis
- Part-Time of 28 hours per week
- Required to work on Saturdays
- Singaporeans only
