Marketing and Partnership Lead (Open to No Experience)
Corporate Rethink Pte. Ltd. is a 6-years-old, multi-disciplinary accounting firm providing services ranging from the basics of a company (incorporation, bookkeeping, payroll, etc.) to growth and vision planning (financial forecast, M&A, etc.) for our clients. As we embark on the next phase of expansion, we are looking to hire someone who can assist us internally as well as perform client-facing duties. As we expand to provide more corporate services, we are looking for a CMO equivalent to assist with our clients requirements.
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and flexible individual to support our clients’ marketing and partnership needs. You’ll primarily handle business development activities, partnership sourcing, online marketing efforts, and social media management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a passion for creativity, and is ready to take on a blend of strategic and hands-on tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively source partnership opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential collaborators.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential partners (you will be supported by the founder as well).
Research and identify partnership trends and opportunities to align with client goals.

Presentation & Deck Creation: Develop compelling presentation decks to pitch partnerships and showcase value propositions.
Collaborate with team members to align design and content with the client’s brand.

Online Marketing: Liaise with web developers and designers to fulfill website requirements (WordPress knowledge is a bonus).
Ensure websites are optimized for client needs and provide input for any required updates.

SEM and SEO Management: Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Social Media Content Creation: Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
Create and edit videos or short clips for campaigns.
Collaborate with clients and/or external vendors to enhance content quality.

Flexible Problem Solving: Provide creative input on marketing strategies and be comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Openly suggest outsourcing options if necessary to achieve high-quality results.
Requirements:
- This role is a new role and thus we are very open to someone who is willing to try and more importantly, great work ethics. Therefore, prior experience may not be necessary.
- Strong understanding of business development, marketing, and partnerships.
- Experience with SEM, SEO, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in tools like WordPress, Canva, or other design platforms.
- Basic video editing skills and a good eye for detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and think creatively.
Bonus Points For:
- Prior experience with managing B2B partnerships.
- Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and social media management.
- Familiarity with outsourcing work and vendor management.
