Facilities & Project Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities & Project Executive to join our Retail Management Services team. This position reports directly to the Head of Retail Management Services and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our retail stores.

- Monday - Friday
Working hours:
- 8.30 AM - 6 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HOD and Project Manager in managing projects and facilities maintenance
- Provide technical and maintenance support to retail stores and internal departments
- Source for quotations and liaise with contractors for maintenance or repair or A&A works
- Prepare POs and keep track of delivery statuses
- Liaise with building managements and contractors to prepare and apply for permits for maintenance or repair or A&A works
- Record and maintain accurate archive of POs, invoices and permits
- Prepare and submit all necessary architectural and M&E drawings and documentation to mall management and statutory authorities
- Proper record keeping of all drawings and documentation, including authority approvals
- Capex monitoring including checking of invoices
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Liaise with building managements and store managers for store administrative matters
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building Management or related discipline
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in similar position with other retailers or real estate firms and proven track record of project management skills
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in store development/ maintenance and knowledge of building guidelines and requirements
- Able to troubleshoot and carry out basic repair works
- Meticulous and well organised team player who is able to work independently
- Hands-on, proactive and takes ownership of tasks under his/ her responsibility
