Warehouse & Operation assistant (Central)

The Opportunity:

• Global MNC, Production and distribution of essential oil & related wellness products
• Working hours: 8 hours
• Workdays: 5 days
• Salary: $2,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily inventory management, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Handle inventory receipt, issuance, and processing of incoming shipments.
• Prepare stocks for sale, including kit assembly, and manage order picking and packing.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock-takes, and coordinate inventory transfers between locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity in operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school education or relevant certification.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Physically able to work on one's feet for extended hours and lift objects of up to 10KG using appropriate tools (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Familiarity with common warehouse tools and equipment is an advantage.
• Strong team player with good time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, alert, and prioritizes workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive and approachable attitude.
