Executive - Human Resources (MWS Nursing Home - Eunos)
Job Purpose
The Executive - Human Resources is a strategic partner assigned to the client groups in MWS, providing HR consulting, advice and guide to influence talent decisions, adding value to the Centre’s business operations.
As the main point of contact between HR Department and the client groups, this role aligns interests among various stakeholders to promote a cooperative and collaborative work environment. He/she adopts a service excellence mindset and is passionate about addressing centre-specific people issues, needs and challenges.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Admin / HR or equivalent
- 3 to 6 yearsof relevant HR experience
- Work experience in Community Healthcare sector will be an advantage
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act
- Good communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to maintain highestdegree of confidentiality and professional integrity
- Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Takes initiative, proactive and positive
- IT savvy;able to work on the cloud and familiar with MS Officesuite
