- Position : Sales Executive (Freight/Forwarding) – Up to $4,500 – Temasek Avenue
- Location : Temasek Avenue
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.45 AM to 6.00 PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Mobile Claims + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Allowance (No Cap) + Dental (up to $300 per year) + Gym ($150 per month)

Responsibilities:
- Management of MLO / NVOCC account – complete responsibility for all assigned
- MLO/NVOCC account for their requirements on all trade lanes and basic follow up calls.
- Active participation in the end-to-end sales process involving proposal/quotation/BAF notice/Rate Negotiation/Closing spot Ad hoc rates
- Making sure dead freight contracts are running well and in case of any assistance ensure regular calls are done to the concerned client for DF arrangement.
- Ensure and achieve the sales target set for various trade/service corridors. Oversee agency performance.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
- Identify customers needs, opportunities and key buying factors to provide tailor made solutions.
- Attend to customers’ queries on product and service on daily basis.
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Work closely with cross functions and relay important information
- Monitor competition, market conditions and product development through close dialogue/engagement with agents/customers, to consider the appropriate actions.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain a customer database with sales activity record.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight shipping or forwarding industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
