You will spearhead new business growth and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to consultative selling and closing deals. You will also build, service, and maintain client relationships to secure increasing business and mutually successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients by leveraging various channels such as calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
- Present our AI-driven solutions while clearly articulating the value proposition through tailored product demonstrations.
- Transition qualified leads into a consultative sales process by negotiating contracts, overcoming objections, and closing deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build, nurture, service and maintain relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine lead generation and sales strategies while maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline and providing regular sales performance reports.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development or full-cycle B2B sales, preferably within the technology or logistics sectors, with a proven track record in both lead generation and closing complex deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot along with other sales enablement tools.
- Familiarity with AI technologies or logistics solutions is a plus.
