Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Casemix Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Marketing and Programme Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Kajang, Selangor office. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

Key responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy

  • Assist in planning marketing campaigns, manage social media content, and track performance. 
  • Support content creation and manage promotional materials. 
  • Assist in identify potential clients and create strategies for outreach and business development. 
  • Assist in conducting market research and keep up with current trends.

Client Engagement

  • Communicate with clients to provide tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events.

Operational

  • Draft and schedule email campaigns and social media posts.
  • manage the content calendar.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track marketing performance, provide regular reports and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing assistant or programme coordination.
  • Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Interest in staying updated on industry trends.
