Site Supervisor (Solar)

Job Summary

Mabcon Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor for Solar PV projects. This role involves overseeing on-site activities, ensuring project quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, at least 1 year of experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor on-site construction and installation activities for Solar PV projects.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, project plans, and quality standards.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.

Assist in site assessments, surveys, and progress reporting.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and manpower.

Identify and resolve site issues, ensuring smooth operations.

Liaise with project managers to provide updates on site conditions and project progress.

Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure installations meet regulatory and company standards.

Support commissioning activities and final project handover.

Qualifications and Requirements

Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, at least 1 year of experience in the solar industry is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of solar PV system installation and operations.

Able to comprehend and explain Single-Line Diagrams.

Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
