E&I Engineer
- Perform and implement the effective preventive maintenance, planned calibration, trouble shooting and repair work for E&I related matters
- Conduct root cause analysis for identification of CAPA to mitigate and prevent recurrence
- Managing inventory / spare parts, quality of workmanship (reliability in operation), and electrical safety risk assessment
- Monitor long term effectiveness of maintenance strategies, analyse results, define requirements and set priorities to support production operation with minimum E&I related downtime in order to ensure all operational goals and departmental quality objectives are met
- Manage projects from conceptual until completion to meet all required standard, specification, quality, budget and schedule
REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Instrument & Control, Electrical & Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years working experience in process or manufacturing industry
- Experience in processing or refinery plant equipment is an added advantage.
- Hands on skill and knowledge in PLC, DCS network, field instruments, loop diagram, electrical distribution, motor control etc
- Familiar with machinery equipment; packaging machine, boilers, thermal oil heaters, chillers, etc
