About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 1. Account Clerk / 2. General Clerk to join our team at A L LIEW TRADING (MELAKA) SDN BHD' in Melaka. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the overall office administration of our company.

1. Accounting Clerk (Mandarin Speaking): 

What you'll be doing (Job Scope)

  • Performing daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
  • Full Set account experience is preferable. (non-full set is also welcome)
  • Performing task of loading & unloading goods. *

2. General Clerk:

  • Performing daily tasks such as invoicing (SQL system)
  • Performing support tasks in Sales order with Sales representatives team.
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and responding to phone inquiries.
  • Performing task of loading & unloading goods. 

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience as an Account Clerk or General Clerk.
    -Account clerk (full set is advantage)
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (EXCEL is preferable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin speaking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
