Job description

  • To work closely with Business Office, Nursing and Pharmacy teams to smoothen the patients’ discharge journey.
  • To act as a liaison with patient and their family members for the discharge process.
  • Offering meals and transportation for eligible patients.
  • Monitoring of bed status and ensure that bed status is updated by relevant teams from time to time.
  • Attend to patient feedback for discharges as and when required.
  • Requirement
  • Proficient in customer service skills.
  • Possess at least Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant working experience and professional appearance are preferred.
  • Candidates fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Shift works may be required.
