Job description
- To work closely with Business Office, Nursing and Pharmacy teams to smoothen the patients’ discharge journey.
- To act as a liaison with patient and their family members for the discharge process.
- Offering meals and transportation for eligible patients.
- Monitoring of bed status and ensure that bed status is updated by relevant teams from time to time.
- Attend to patient feedback for discharges as and when required.
- Requirement
- Proficient in customer service skills.
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant working experience and professional appearance are preferred.
- Candidates fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Shift works may be required.
