Senior Accounts Executive
RM 4,500 – RM 5,000 per month (MYR)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of accounting functions, including budget, audit, internal and external reporting.
- Prepare and update Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger & monthly financial management reports.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary & regulatory bodies to ensure statutory compliance.
- Handle petty cash transactions, bank deposits and withdrawals and monitor daily bank balances & cash flow.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies, manage debtor & creditor aging & prepare payment vouchers, cheques, online banking payments, claims & commission payments.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Well verse in Microsoft Excel and Words.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in F&B industry is added advantage.
Location: Quill City Mall, Jalan Sultan Ismail
Working Hours: 9am-6pm
