Senior Finance Executive

This listed company specialises in the sector of property development and construction in the market. With its expansion, the company is looking for a Senior Finance Executive.


Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be tasked with:

• Manage the complete set of accounts.
• Oversee daily accounting operations.
• Prepare and review provisional and final tax computations, tax estimates, and transfer pricing.
• Prepare and review audit reports.
• Compile and present necessary documents and reports for management, as well as external and internal auditors.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or management.
• Maintain thorough documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Prepare, analyse, and present management accounts and annual profit or loss budgets

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related professional qualification in Accounting (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in Accounting or Finance. Additional Audit or Tax experience will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience with a construction or infrastructure company is an added advantage.
• Fresh auditors are welcome to apply.
• Independent, good time management, excellent at analytical skills and multitasking
