DC Operator | Up to $3.5k | Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Exposure with CommVault Backup;
• Monitor and schedule backup jobs,
• Arrange tape out of backups,
• Tapes inventory management
• Enable/Disable AD accounts
• Escort vendors to DCs
• Physical checks on DCs and IT hub rooms’ env health
• Manage inventory of keys to racks
• Logs extractions and application deployment

Requirements

• Three (3) years of working experience in Data Centre Engineer Operations experience.
• Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations or equivalent; and
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification or equivalent.
• Able to manage daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirements
• Meticulous and processoriented
• Good, hardworking attitude with ability to work well under pressure
