Job Description:
• To ensure good customer service level in the retail outlet
• Responsible for achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence
• Interact with customers
• Promote products to customers and handle after-retail sales services
• Perform cashiering duties
• To monitor stocks run rate and forecast of stock replenishment
• Perform stock control operations and handle merchandise display
• Handling complaints and providing solutions to resolve the issues
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain store’s cleanliness and image
• Ad hoc duties assigned
• Location: Changi Airport
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School or "O" level in any field
• Able to handle customers’ feedback and complaints professionally
• Able to work in fast pace retail environment
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays and rotating shifts
• Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
• Retail experience of minimum 1 year is advantageous but candidates without experience are welcome to apply too as training will be provided
