Java Implementation Consultant (Contract)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Java Implementation Consultant with expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Business Process Management, Document Management Suites, JBoss, Jenkins, and CI/CD. The successful candidate will have a critical role in the planning, design, and implementation of software systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and integrate software applications in client environments.

2. Utilize expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate to develop high-quality software solutions.

3. Design and deploy Business Process Management and Document Management Suites.

4. Manage JBoss application server and create software builds and deployments using Jenkins.

5. Establish and implement CI/CD pipelines and practices.

6. Provide consultation to clients on system implementation, ensuring that system requirements align with client business processes.

7. Conduct system testing to ensure performance levels meet the system specifications.

8. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs.

9. Develop user manuals and provide training to clients and end-users.

10. Maintain ongoing client relationships, providing support and making recommendations for system improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

2. Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT industry with the experience in Java implementation or similar role -Software engineering, Applications engineering

3. Proven experience as a Java Implementation Consultant or Software Engineer

4. Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate.

5. Experience with Business Process Management and Document Management Suites.

6. Extensive knowledge of JBoss, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

8. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

9. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

10. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
