ENGINEER

Job Description & Requirements

- assist in managing the contracted services for repair, preventive maintenance and/or new construction of building facilities and grounds to ensure compliance with statutory and user requirements.

- develop and direct initiatives to maintain and operate building facilities and systems to meet building operational requirements and ensure safe system operations.

- Other duties include rendering technical assistance with regard to maintenance planning, budgeting for projects and ensuring timeliness and cost-effectiveness of projects.

- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, project management, good communication skills, good personal-relationship skill

- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
