Job Description

• Position: Class 3 Driver cum Warehouse Assistant
• Well Established Singapore Metal Testing Laboratory MNC
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus (Twice Per Year)
• Working Location: Joo Koon
• 5 Days Family Care Leave
• Free Gym Facilities
• Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefit Provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Metal Testing Laboratory

Main Responsibilities:

• Samples receiving (Customers send the samples to office).
• Loading and unloading of the metal samples.
• Allocate and prepare samples (unboxing, repositioning, labelling) for the next process.
• Verify sample identification matches the client request or client documentation.
• Send / collect the samples to or from the workshop department.
• Set up a good storage place and system to track samples.
• Proper labeling and storage of samples from customers.
• Prepare samples to be returned
• Wrap and pack samples.
• Liaise with the Test Department to consolidate tested specimens for return to customers.
• Collect and deliver samples to customers or vendors.
• Send or pick up colleagues from site jobs.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by the head of department.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
• At least 1 year of driving and warehouse experience preferably with Manufacturing, Marine or Construction sector.
• Possessing a valid Forklift License is an added advantage.
• A keen learner with good communication skills.
