This Talent Management role is responsible for creating and implementing integrated strategies that enhance talent performance, development, and engagement. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to manage talent pipelines, foster employee growth, and design impactful learning experiences. By combining talent management and development functions, this position ensures that employees are equipped and empowered to succeed in their roles and contribute to organizational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Talent & Development Strategy:

  • Design and implement cohesive strategies that align talent management and learning initiatives to drive business outcomes and employee growth.

 

Performance & Growth Enablement:

  • Facilitate performance review processes to identify development opportunities and provide actionable career pathways for employees.

 

Succession and Workforce Planning:

  • Develop talent pipelines and succession plans by identifying high-potential employees and addressing critical skill gaps through targeted development programs.

 

Learning Program Development:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning, and leadership development initiatives, to enhance employee capabilities.

 

Engagement and Retention:

  • Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, promote a culture of continuous learning, and improve retention rates.

 

Competency Frameworks:

  • Collaborate with leaders to build and update competency models that guide talent acquisition, development, and evaluation.

 

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Leverage data insights from performance metrics, learning outcomes, and employee feedback to measure success and recommend improvements.

 

Technology Enablement:

  • Utilize HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline talent management and development processes.

 

Change Management:

  • Support organizational change initiatives by equipping employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to evolving business priorities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices and learning program design.
  • Ability to integrate talent development and learning strategies seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and LMS platforms.
