As a Implementation Support Specialist (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Offer clinical support to ensure the continuity of clinical systems like Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), Cerebral Plus (C+), and other related systems.
- Collect feedback and requirements for enhancing clinical systems.
- Participate in clinical systems testing processes.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Provide both onsite and remote clinical support to end-users before and after implementation, as well as during downtime procedures, according to the assigned roster.
- Offer 24/7 on-call application support for end-users through a scheduled roster.
Requirement:
- A diploma or degree in a healthcare field (nursing, allied health, medicine) or a related discipline.
- Preferred clinical or healthcare knowledge.
- Nursing or Healthcare Informatics Certification (optional).
- At least 1 year of continuous clinical experience in a healthcare setting or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
