  1. Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight spaces
  2. Surface preparation work (eg removing old grout and cement, cleaning and levelling surfaces)
  3. Laying tiles in accordance with tiling plan
  4. Align tiles and straighten them with straight edges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise
  5. Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results
  6. Polish end products
  7. Manage time for setting
  8. Quality checks
