As a Social Work Associate (Various Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Evaluate and process financial assistance applications.
- Assist patients in applying for national financial aid programs.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and their families.
- Gather and organize relevant information for case assessments.
- Conduct home visits as required.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives when needed.
- Perform other team-related responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Social Work or equivalent.
