Deskside Support Engineer

Client Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Tuas (Have Company Transport: Jurong East MRT) 
• Basic + Completion Bonus 
• IT industry
   

Responsibilities: 

• Support end-user computer devices (PC & mobile), office devices (printers, AV equipment), and peripherals.
• Supporting Microsoft windows & office suite.
• Experienced in working in an ITIL-driven environment and working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes with strong knowledge of incidents, change and configuration management.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or equivalent professional education in Information Technology or related
• 2-4 years of related working experience
• Open to deposit mobile phone at respective locker during working hours. (Landline will be providing at their workstation).
