Software Engineer (Vision) (Equipment PC-Based Programming / Semicon) DP25
Responsibilities
- Software Design, Development and Maintenance (Equipment PC-based Programming)
- System Implementation, Testing, Debugging and Documentation
- Analyze existing software and identify areas for modification and improvement
- Troubleshooting at customer’s site
Requirements
- Degree in relevant discipline with preferably more than 5 years of experience in software development in the automation industry
- Strong in equipment PC-based programming skills
- Experience in motion control and process control
- Experience in Vision System software development is an advantage
- Experience in C# WPF is an advantage
- Knowledge in SECS/GEM standards and implementation is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Able to work under tight schedules
- Able to work after office hours when required
- Able to travel overseas for official work duties within short notice when required
