Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with sales goals.
- Plan and manage campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) to promote furniture collections, seasonal sales, and new launches.
- A/B test ad creatives, targeting, and messaging for optimal ROI.
2. SEO/SEM
- Optimize product pages and blog content for keywords like "modern sofas," "sustainable furniture," or "office desks."
- Manage Google Shopping campaigns and improve product feed accuracy.
3. Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Curate visually engaging content (Instagram Reels, Pinterest boards) showcasing furniture styling tips and room inspirations.
- Collaborate with interior design influencers and affiliate partners to expand reach.
4. Content Creation
- Write compelling product descriptions and blog posts (e.g., "How to Style a Small Living Room").
- Coordinate with photographers/videographers for high-quality visuals and 3D product tours.
5. Email Marketing & CRM
- Design automated email flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase follow-ups) and newsletters.
- Segment audiences for personalized promotions (e.g., discounts on bedroom furniture).
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs (conversion rates, ROAS, CAC) using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Provide actionable insights to refine campaigns and website UX.
7. E-commerce Optimization
- Collaborate with web developers to enhance product page layouts, CTAs, and checkout processes.
- Implement retargeting strategies to recover lost shoppers.
8. Collaboration & Brand Management
- Work with design teams to maintain visual consistency across platforms.
