Assistant Manager /Senior Executive, Business Development

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in land and joint venture transactions, development planning & managing land matters including land title management and interim progress management.
- Provide support in all authority liaison matters.
- Prepare working papers, letters, documents, plans, presentation materials and other relevant correspondences.
- Assist in feasibility studies and evaluation of potential land and investment assets which include financial modelling and cashflow, market and economic studies and new project evaluation and competitor's analysis.
- Assist in conducting comprehensive competitors’ study for all projects before official launch and give briefing and presentation on the finding to the management.
- Conduct market research and compiling database on property sector, demographic, economic & other related property news.
- Assist in managing business development database.
- Perform any other assignment as and when is required by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, professional Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Real Estate Management/Property Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel and Power-point
- At least 3 years of working experience in property industry is required for this position. Experienced in high-end developments and mix-used development is an added advantage.
- Able to multi-task, strong initiative to learn and possesses a great personality.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills and critical thinking skills.
