Marketing Executive, Retail Business (1-Year Contract)

The role will play a key part in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves analyzing customer survey insights, evaluating the performance of both online and offline campaigns, coordinating marketing activities and ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, propose, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (online,
roadshow, events, etc) ensuring alignment with business goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies and improve campaign
outcomes - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and gaps
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns
- Analyze customer insights and segmentation for more targeted marketing strategies
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics for both online (e.g.,
lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic) and offline activities (e.g., roadshow/
reseller signups, event attendance, customer engagement, survey insights) - Create and maintain marketing dashboards for real-time performance insights
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in generating weekly and monthly reports on campaign
performance, trends, and budget effectiveness - Assist in tracking and managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Any ad-hoc duties that will be assigned from time to time
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Business/ Marketing or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Google
Analytics) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing platforms (e.g.
MailChimp, GoogleAds, etc); knowledge of Canva is a bonus - Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Possesses a proactive, can-do attitude with results-oriented mindset
