Clinic Service Coordinator

• Extend a warm welcome to clients and their pets, ensuring a professional and positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering clear and concise information about services and treatment options.
• Facilitate the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
• Accurately handle patient registrations, gather required documents, and manage check-ins for both routine and urgent cases.
• Update and maintain precise patient records, as well as client information, as necessary.
• Keep clients informed about wait times, treatment progress, and other relevant updates during their visit.
• Oversee clinic paperwork, process payments, and ensure records are organized in compliance with hospital policies.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries.
• Prepare and manage billing and payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and administrative workspace.
• Help manage client flow efficiently, especially during busy periods or emergencies, to maintain high service standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the daily operations of the hospital, enhance patient care, and maintain excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience as a customer service officer or similar role in a Medical Clinic setting.
• A dedicated focus on delivering exceptional care to both animals and clients.
• Capable of performing efficiently under pressure in a high-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for effective teamwork and collaboration
