Job Responsibilities:
- Work on process reengineering and improvement
- Integrating with other teams for reengineering of processes
- Define impact of new proposed processes
- Develop business operation cases
- Lead organisational change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including training and support
- Responsible for managing all project documentations
- Manage Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to optimise online presence
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills would be essential, especially with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in process optimisation, automation, and integrating analytics with modern technology solutions
- Ability to simplify complex workflows, eliminate redundancies, and ensure accountability through clear decision-making processes
- Ability to assess business processes and devise effective digital solutions
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as AI and enterprise software solutions
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Good team player with the ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments to achieve positive outcomes
- Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external providers
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities effectively
This position is based at Tuas Power HQ, Somerset office.
