HR Executive (Recruitment) - $4000+AWS+VB (ID: 655680)

Job Responsibilities 

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.  
• Source candidates through diverse channels (example: job boards, social media, referrals, and networking) 
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess qualifications and fit through interviews and assessments.
• Organize and conduct interviews with candidates, working with hiring managers to evaluate skills and fit.
• Present job offers to selected candidates and manage salary, benefits, and contract negotiations.  
• Manage the entire onboarding process to ensure smooth integration and a positive experience for new hires.  

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder and above
• Minimum 3 years of in-house full cycle recruitment experience
• Experience in manufacturing industry will have added advantageous
• Prior experience in managing payroll will be an added advantageous
• Familiar with Employment Act, local laws and regulations
