What you'll be doing?

  • Color formula development: Create precise color formulas for textile printing, comparing customer samples with standard color cards.
  • Pigment selection: Choose pigments based on customer requirements and desired properties.
  • Production coordination: Work closely with the printing department to ensure smooth color implementation.
  • Quality control: Inspect printed materials to verify adherence to customer and plant specifications.
  • Color mixing: Blend pigments and prepare color solutions for textile printing processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of color formulas and prepare color sequence charts for printing machines.
  • Sample verification: Compare printed patches with customer samples to ensure accurate color shades and design positioning.
