About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer to join our team at KVA CONSULT (M) SDN BHD'. This is a full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise and leadership in mechanical engineering projects, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive the success of our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the design, development and implementation of complex mechanical engineering projects
• Conducting in-depth analyses to identify and resolve technical challenges
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Providing expert advice and guidance to project stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Mentoring and training junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations, standards and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex mechanical engineering projects
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical engineering principles
• Proficient in the use of CAD software and other engineering tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
