Production Technicians (PERM) West area | 12 hours night shift | $2500 - $2800
Production Technicians (PERM)
Provide Technical Support to the production machines and ensure tasks performed are completed within full cGMP compliance
Operate the production machines and ensure production meets daily output
Perform mould set-up and mould insert cleaning as and when required
Use optical and mechanical devices for measurement and inspection of moulded parts
Perform in-process quality inspection during production to ensure the quality of products meet specifications
Perform troubleshooting, servicing, calibration and preventive maintenance on production machines, jigs or fixtures
Support new machines setup
Perform tasks in accordance to safety procedures to ensure plant safety
Perform data collection and recording of machine and process data on specified data log book or record sheet.
Ensure all processes and activities carried out are consistent and comply with approved procedures and meet quality standards
Suggest areas of improvement based on current line condition/troubleshooting experience
Assist and support R&D and/or project teams in new machine setup, improvement, studies and qualification run
Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Min. NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechantronics Engineering
Able to do 12 hours Night Shift
Either (Sun – Tues, Alt Wed) or (Thur – Sat, Alt Wed)
Able to commit to overtime on both weekday and weekends
Able to work in a cleanroom environment
Basic: $2500 - $2800
Night Shift allowance: $334/month
Meal allowances: $50/month
Either Transport allowances of $70/month or Transport provided from designated location in JB to SG)
