Order Processing Coordinator (Basic up to S$2700 + AWS)

Highlights

• Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am-6pm

Responsibilities

• Handle the processing of order fulfilment, inventory and delivery orders.
• Work closely with procurement and warehouse team, ensuring efficiency in delivery of goods.
• Ensure timely delivery for both internal stakeholders and external customers by coordinating with customers, vendors, stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
• Manage and negotiate delivery schedules to ensure they align with customer expectations.
• Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and movement.
• Check open order and backlog reports daily to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive documentation filing system.
• Address inquiries from customers and business partners effectively.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office
• Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
