Shipping Coordinator

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: Half day
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders, coordinating import shipments with forwarders, and managing shipping inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders for smooth operations and generating management reports.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• Possess minimum 1 year of relevant logistics experience in handling import & export shipping documentation
• Knowledge of standard shipping & business documents & their terminology will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
